'Being Human' Adds Kristen Hager As Series Regular
Actress plays werewolf Nora Sergeant on Syfy show
Kristen Hager will appear as a series regular for Season 3 of Syfy's "Being Human," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Making her debut in the Season 1 episode "Wouldn't It Be Nice (If We Were Human)," Hager ("Wanted," "NCIS: LA") plays the recurring role of werewolf Nora Sergeant and went on to appear in 14 more episodes.
"Being Human," which is is expected to return in 2013, stars Sam Witwer, Meaghan Rath, Sam Huntington and Mark Pellegrino, and it's based on the acclaimed U.K. series, "Being Human," created by Toby Whithouse.
The Syfy series follows three supernatural roommates -- vampire Aidan (Witwer), ghost Sally (Rath) and werewolf Josh (Huntington) -- who share their secrets and a Boston brownstone, while attempting to live everyday lives. Together they learn that there are fates worse than death and more to life -- and the afterlife -- than most "normal" humans could ever imagine.
Michael Prupas ("The Kennedys"), Jeremy Carver ("Supernatural") and Anna Fricke ("Everwood") serve as showrunners, executive producers and writers for the series.
Rob Pursey and Toby Whithouse also executive produce.
