'Halloween II' Gets A New Poster

Rob Zombie's sequel finally receives an official title. PLUS: New image, video

The final one sheet of Rob Zombie’s "Halloween II" is here, apparently placing a killing blow to the other proposed titles: "H2" and "Halloween: The Devil Walks Among Us."

Also arriving this week is the the image show at right, which Zombie describes in a MySpace blog post as "a rather odd moment from 'Halloween 2.'" I'd say. One thing seems evident from this image, Michael Myers is treading new ground. Hopefully this is a good thing.

Additionally, a short video clip on the making of the sequel appears below.

The film hits theaters Aug. 28. It stars Scout Taylor-Compton, Tyler Mane, Danielle Harris, Sheri Moon Zombie, Daniel Roebuck, Ezra Buzzington, Mark Christopher Lawrence, Brad Dourif and Malcolm McDowell.
